The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a resort area, short walk to metro station and APEC house, restaurant, shopping street, and a market street. We loved the room, it was spotless and functional with good view.

Loved the free access to the Gran J Private Lounge with Jo Malone goodies. Novotel Ambassador Busan has it all - business facilities, buffet restaurant, hot spring spa, and even a kids-only floor!
Just perfect, can't find a single thing to criticize. Just kidding, but I'll keep it a secret.

The hotel's location was beachfront, to the local market. Stopped by Coffee Mandalay to get some coffee and treats, it's minute walk from the venue, recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed casual restaurant with a lovely view.

Consistently courteous personnel and great and optimal location to the world's largest shopping center. And next to the famous Haeundae Beach, and more recently in high season when everyone in Korea goes on vacation in busan.
